She was born in La Plata, province of
Buenos Aires, on October 3rd, 1959.
She is now living in Ushuaia, province of Tierra del Fuego.
Zaparart graduated from Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes, Universidad Nacional
de la Plata.
She is a disciple of the visual artist Miguel Alzugaray.
Former Exhibits
1988: Individual exhibit at the Banco del Territorio, Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego.
1989: Individual exhibit at Hotel Albatros, Ushuaia, declared to be in the provincial public interest.
1992: Painting Third Prize Eco Ushuaia 92, organized by Infuetur. Individual painting exhibit at Hotel Albatros, Ushuaia, organized by Fundación Antártica. This exhibit was declared to be in the provincial public interest.
1993: Collective Exhibit La magia del Sur (South Magic), organized by Fundación Antártica and sponsored by the Infuetur and the Dirección de Turismo Municipal.
1994: Her works were selected to take part in the First National Exhibit
with the best of naïve painting in Argentina, organized by the Patronato
de la Infancia, Museo Rómulo Ragio, Vicente López.
Collective Exhibit Patagonia 94, organized and sponsored by the Dirección
Provincial de Cultura of Ushuaia.
1999: Sculpture First Prize, category B, Second National Snow Sculpture Contest,
organized by Asociación para el Arte "Formas de Fuego", Ushuaia.
First prize awarded by Coca Cola.
2000: Her works were selected to take part in the collective exhibit USHUAIA ARTISTS, organized by the Centro Cultural Ricardo Rojas, Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Between 1995 and 1999, she made signs for tourist purposes with strong regional features. Nowadays, she is still teaching in secondary schools in town.
