Carlos Pedro Vairo

Director of the Maritime Museum of Ushuaia, is a museologist, explorer, navigator, photographer, writer, historian, an impetuous researcher, specialist in the Island of the States, the Antarctic Peninsula and Tierra del Fuego and as a maritime ethnographer he investigates the study of constructions in an artisanal way, of boats in different parts of the world, looking for analogies between the cultures of the past and their similarities in the present.
